The flavored liqueur and distilled, hard liquor, respectively, have a knack for bringing out the best flavors in one another. Blue Hawaii is perhaps one of the most popular cocktail drinks that uses these two primary ingredients. 1. Afghan Monkey
Ingredients- Rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Midori, 1 fl. oz.
- Banana liqueur, ¾ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ¾ fl. oz.
- Whipped cream, 1 oz.
- Pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
Directions
In a tall glass, pour all the ingredients, except for whipped cream, over ice cubes. Shake the drink with a stirrer, and pour it into a glass. Top it off with whipped cream and a cherry or sprinkles.
2. Big Easy Blue Punch
Ingredients- Rum, 2 fl. oz.
- Pineapple soda, 2 fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, 1 fl. oz.
- Lemon juice, ½ fl. oz.
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig, garnish
Directions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, and pour all the liquid ingredients in it except for the soda. Take a stirrer and mix everything properly. Top the drink off with pineapple soda, and garnish with mint sprig before serving.
3. Blue Hawaii (Blended)
Ingredients- Blue Curaçao, ½ fl. oz.
- Coconut rum, ½ fl. oz.
- Pineapple vodka, ½ fl. oz.
- Amaretto, ¼ fl. oz.
- Lime juice, ¼ fl. oz.
- Simple syrup, ¼ fl. oz.
- Ice cubes
Directions
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and combine until it is smooth. Serve the drink in a tumbler glass with a straw.
4. Blue Horizon
Ingredients- Spiced rum, ¾ fl. oz.
- Bacardi® 151°, ¾ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ¾ fl. oz.
- Grenadine, ¼ fl. oz.
- Orange Juice
- Ice cubes
Directions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the first 4 ingredients in and top the drink off with orange juice before serving.
5. Blue Rita
Ingredients- Sour mix, 4 fl. oz.
- Tequila, 1¼ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ¾ fl. oz.
- Coconut rum, ½ fl. oz.
- Lime wedge, 1
- Ice cubes
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients over ice. Shake vigorously and strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve it with a lime wedge as garnish.
6. Electric Smurf
Ingredients- Sprite, 2 fl. oz.
- Pineapple juice, 2 fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, 1 fl. oz.
- Coconut rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Pineapple wedge, garnish
- Ice cubes
Directions
Fill a hurricane glass with ice cubes. Pour the liqueur and rum in first, and then pour the soda and juice on top. Stir the drink properly and serve it with a pineapple wedge.
7. Flying Blue Dragon
Ingredients- Light rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, 1 fl. oz.
- Velvet Falernum, ¾ fl. oz.
- Orange Bitters, ¾ fl. oz.
- Lemon juice, ¾ fl. oz.
- Ice cubes
Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Take a cocktail shaker and pour all the ingredients in along with some more ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain the drink into the glass before serving.
8. Grand Blue
Ingredients- Sweet and sour mix, 1 fl. oz.
- Rum, ½ fl. oz.
- Peach schnapps, ½ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ½ fl. oz.
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheels, garnish
Directions
Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and combine the mixture vigorously. Fill a small glass with ice cubes and pour the drink over it. Serve the drink with lemon wheels as garnish.
9. Island Taxi
Ingredients- Light rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, 1 fl. oz.
- Orange juice, 1½ fl. oz.
- Lime juice, ¾ fl. oz.
- Simple syrup, fl. oz.
- Sugar, for rim
- Lime wedge, garnish
- Ice cubes
Directions
Pour all the ingredients, except for sugar and garnish, into a cocktail shaker. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar or sea salt. Vigorously shake the mixture and strain it in the cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
10. Jack Frost
Ingredients- Blue Curaçao, ½ fl. oz.
- Light rum, ½ fl. oz.
- Cream of coconut, ½ fl. oz.
- Pineapple juice, ½ fl. oz.
- Sugar, for rim
- Lime wedge, garnish
- Ice cubes
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except for the garnish and sugar. Blend everything properly till it turns into a smooth, slightly liquid consistency. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar or sea salt. Pour the drink in the glass and serve it with the lime wedge.
11. Kiss on the Lips
Ingredients- Coconut rum, 1¼ fl. oz.
- Pineapple juice, 1 fl. oz.
- Sour mix, 1 fl. oz
- Peach schnapps, ½ fl. oz.

13. Lime Tea
Ingredients- Rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Vodka, 1 fl. oz.
- Gin, 1 fl. oz.
- Tequila, ½ fl. oz.
- Triple sec, ½ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ½ fl. oz.
- Lime juice, ¼ fl. oz.
- 7-Up
- Ice cubes
Directions
Pour the first 7 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously, and strain the drink in a tall glass. Top it off with 7-Up and serve.
14. Mali-Blue
Ingredients- Malibu® Original, 1½ fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, ⅓ fl. oz.
- Lemonade
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel, garnish
Directions
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, and pour liqueur and rum over it. Top the drink off with lemonade and stir properly. Before serving, garnish the drink with a lemon wheel.
15. Shark Bite
Ingredients- Spiced rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Light rum, 1 fl. oz.
- Blue Curaçao, 1 fl. oz.
- Grenadine, ½ fl. oz.
- Sprite, ½ fl. oz.
- Sweet and sour mix, ½ fl. oz.
- Ice cubes
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Fill a chilled glass with ice cubes and strain in the drink. Serve immediately.
