Disclaimer: The team of Weight Watchers keeps updating the program, according to the requirements/feedback of their members. The program has been updated many times, the latest one being the Weight Watchers 360° program, which was unveiled on the 3rd of December, 2012. The program teaches members how to manage their food environment, claiming that we tend to eat what we see. It also guides people on ways to control their temptation, and to avoid pleasure eating. Weight Watchers has not increased their rates for this new approach, and all the meetings, eTools, and apps are included in the total fee. The content in this article explains the Weight Watchers Points System program and the recipes which were specific to it. The details of the current program are exclusively available to the paid members of Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers has gained popularity in a very short amount of time and it doesn't seem to be losing this streak any time soon. With more and more people joining the program, no wonder it is all everyone can talk about. As some of you may agree when I say this, losing a considerable amount of weight can be tough. So when you do find a program which claims to help you through this process, you can't help but get motivated and feel responsible enough to begin. In the program, the focus is placed on eating whatever you want but keeping a check on it. And to stop you from steering off, there is a detailed point system chart that has to be followed on a regular basis. The points are assigned keeping that individual's current weight and overall weight loss goal in mind. Taco Soup #1 Ingredients
  • Taco seasoning mix, 1 package
  • Salad dressing mix, dry, 1 package
  • Tomatoes, diced, 1 can

  • Corn w/red and green peppers, 1 can
  • Water, 3½ cups
  • Onion, diced, 1
  • Vegetable oil, couple of drops
  • Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions In a non-stick pan, add diced onions with few drops of vegetable oil. Once the onions are soft and transparent, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir the soup properly and do a taste test. If the soup requires, add salt and black pepper to it. Bring soup to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes, and then turn off the heat. Serve immediately. Taco Soup #2 Ingredients
  • Vegetable broth, 16 oz.
  • White beans, 1 can
  • Tomatoes, 1 can
  • Navy beans, 1 can
  • Kidney beans, 1 can
  • Garbanzo beans, 1 can

  • Taco seasoning mix, 1 package
  • Salad dressing mix, dry, 1 package
  • Onion, diced, ½
  • Coleslaw mix, 1
  • Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions To prepare this soup, you will need a crock pot. Ready the crock pot by adding all the ingredients in, except for salt and black pepper. Keep the settings to low and cook the soup for about 6 hours. You can also opt to cook this soup over the stove. It would roughly take about an hour or so to really get the ingredients mixed with one another. Once the soup is ready, serve with crackers. Taco Soup #3 Ingredients
  • Lean ground beef, ½ lb.
  • Kidney beans, 1 can
  • Pinto beans, 1 can

  • Taco seasoning mix, 1 package
  • Vegetable oil, few drops

Directions In a non-stick pan, mix vegetable oil and beef together. Brown the meat properly along with diced onions. When the meat is cooked, the fat will come out. Drain the fat. Now add the rest of the ingredients in. You can add water to your soup if you would like it to be more watery. Do a taste test so you decided to add salt and black pepper or not. Once the soup is cooked, serve immediately. When you use lean meat, the calories aren't high because we are aiming for a total of 1 point. Taco Soup #4 Ingredients
