  • Banana, 1

  • Coconut oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Peanut butter, 1 teaspoon
Process To make this shake, put all the ingredients in a bowl, mash the banana with a spoon, mix well, and then blend on medium for about 2 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add a 2-3 cubes of ice. You can refrigerate the shake before serving. Recipe #2 Ingredients

Process This is one of the best homemade weight gain shakes. To make this shake, add vanilla whey protein powder, skim milk, and skim milk powder to a blender and blend for about 15-20 seconds. Add skim milk powder also to the blender, along with raw oats and blend for about 20 seconds on medium speed, set aside. Now, peel both the bananas and cut them in small circular pieces. Add these pieces to the blender along with peanut butter and again blend, starting from lowest speed, gradually increase the speed to high. Blend for about 50 seconds in total.
