Ingredients
- 2 cups (360-480 ml) filtered water
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
- ½ head of spinach
- 3-4 celery stalks, halved
- 1 apple, cored, seeded, quartered
- 1 pear, cored, seeded, quartered
- 1 organic banana, peeled
- ½ fresh lemon, peeled, seeded
Instructions
⇒ Place water, romaine, spinach, celery, in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
⇒ Add apple, pear, banana and lemon, and blend till you get the desired consistency.
