How to See Auras

All living and non living things emit vibrations known as auras. These represent the physical and mental environment of the object and are influenced by their surrounding. If you too, want to see auras, read ahead...

Every being emits an aura that is the qi field of their body. The ancient texts of many faiths and beliefs depict the Gods and Goddesses with a halo around their head. This is nothing but their aura. It is believed that the auras are the electro-photonic vibrations of various frequencies and are related to our conscious activities like thoughts, emotions, etc. This aura around living beings keeps changing and around non-living things is stationary. Some people are born with the ability to see a person's aura, others have to develop it through practice, concentration and meditation. If you are one of those who keep wondering how to see auras, here's the information. Seeing Auras The first question that comes to our mind is 'what is the need to view the aura?'. Well, seeing auras can help us find out about the person. The aura can tell a lot about the physical and mental health of the soul. Perceiving the auras can help in healing the imbalance in the person. Auras are made up of various colors. These colors depict different moods, emotions, health and thoughts of the person and to see aura colors, we have to train ourselves. Here are a few things that you need to know before you attempt to see a person's aura and view the aura colors. Concentration In order to see auras, you have to develop the concentration. For that you need to increase the sensitivity of your eyes and expand the range of perceived vibration from the visible region. These can be achieved by training, exposure and also by better coordination between the left and right hemisphere of the brain. Color Pairs The colors visible to the eyes are surrounded by auras of a different color. Following is a table of auras that are emitted by the monochromatic colors.
ColorPair
Red Turquoise
Turquoise Red
Yellow Violet
Violet Yellow
Green Pink
Pink Green
Orange Blue
Blue Orange
These color combinations are not same as that on the color wheel and are applicable on intermediate colors too. Like the reddish-green color will give a pinkish-turquoise aura. A thorough study of these auric pairs reveals that contrary to the pairs on the color wheel, these auric color pairs are supported by the nature too. Cognitive Operation Auras can either be seen or sensed physically. Most people fail to see the auras because they strain hard to see it. The auras can be seen only when you are relaxed and the eyes are not under any strain. Some also say that while daydreaming or in deep thought, when the eyes lose focus, you have the best opportunity to see auras. ► Step 1 The first step is to start with inanimate objects and primary colors, e.g., red colored book. The auras of blue and red are the brightest, so start with that. Relax yourself and your eyes. Then focus at a single point and concentrate. After a few moments, you will see a slight aura. At this point, you might be tempted to see it but, do not look anywhere else. Do not change focus and do not look at it. You can blink your eyes so that they do not water. The aura might disappear due to blinking but it will come back. ► Step 2 After this first step, look for different primary colors. For ease, you can cover different books with color papers and start focusing. This is all for increasing the practice. Once you learn how to un-focus and concentrate, move to plants. Collect flowers along with leaves and start the exercise similarly. You will see a pinkish-orange aura around the stem and leaves. Around a living plant, you will notice a shimmering, more distinct effect due to the living aura. ► Step 3 Next step is to practice on animals. This is not so easy because it is difficult to keep them still for a long time. The best way out is to concentrate on your dog or cat while they are resting. ► Step 4 Watch your own aura. This can be done both outdoor and indoor. Observe your arms or legs. Concentrate and try to see the aura. Preferably do this against a light background. ► Step 5 After all these, now that you have understood the peripheral vision and the technique to un-focus, try it on a human subject. Seeing the human aura is the most difficult as humans are the most complex organisms in this chain with a multitude of emotions and feelings. At first, you might just see a smoke sticking to their skin. Next, you will see their live aura (shimmering optical effect). The depth of this aura depends upon the mood of the person. The aura is strong and brightly colored when they are in a good mood and vice-versa. Try to focus on their bare skin or at the center of the head. Note:
  • Keep the subject against a neutral background, preferably white. This is because you will be able to see a clear aura and there will not be mixing or overlapping of aura colors. If this does not work, go for a black background.
  • Music enhances the mood, so, you can play the favorite music of your subject to strengthen their aura.
  • Do not try very hard to see the aura at the first try. It takes a lot of practice and mastering the technique to be able to see the living aura comfortably.

These are the basic aura colors. A combination or mixture of these are also seen in the aura. Also, the colors might be present in different shades and intensities in the aura. The different color shades, intensity and combination of these aura colors represent different state of being and have dissimilar meanings. So, if you are looking for a deeper understanding of this subject, that will only come through observation, practice, exposure and sometimes, you might require help from a proficient soul for guidance and explication. This was my attempt to unravel the mystery of auras, along with the explanation of the colors seen and their interpretation. Remember, you need concentration and perseverance to see and read it. All the Best!
