  • Chicken Broth - 1 cup
  • Boiled chicken thighs - 6
  • Chopped onions -1 tablespoon
  • Chopped parsley - 3 tablespoons
  • Cream of milk - 1 cup
  • Butter - 50 gm
  • Wheat flour -2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg yolks - 3
  • Egg white -1
  • Oil for frying
Preparation:
  • Mix the wheat flour with the chicken broth, cream, and butter to make the covering for the drumstick.
  • Add parsley, chopped onions, and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow cooked pieces of thighs to cool down.
  • Coat every drumstick in the batter (leaving the end of the bone out).
  • Deep-fry immediately until the drumstick looks golden brown.

  • Chicken drumsticks - 4
  • Sea salt
  • Peppercorns
  • Orange marmalade - 2 tablespoons

Preparation:
  • First, you need to preheat oven to 375 ºF.
  • Mix peppercorns and sea salt in a wok and heat it briefly for a few seconds.
