□Restart Chrome and view the changes.
On Firefox
□Open Firefox. In the address bar, type address:support to open the window of "Troubleshooting Information".
□Click the "Reset Firefox" button in the upper right corner.
□When it's done, Firefox will close and reset the browser to its initial state by removing the virus.
Uninstall the Macrovision software
□Open the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs. Select Macrovision Software Manager and uninstall it to remove the program.
□Check the Macrovision folder to see if all the files have been deleted.
□Restart your computer and check the registry for remnants of the program.
□Click on Windows and press Run and type regedit. Look for the registry file of the software under HKEY Local Machine and delete it.
Disable isuspm.exe
