The different items that you will need in order to create this look is foundation, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, eyeshadow in two colors, vanilla and blue, highlighting powder, false eyelashes, blush in rose color, and red lipstick. If you are trying your hand at mimicking one of the celebs' styles, then these are tips that you will need to follow.
- Eyebrows tend to be ignored by most women, but high lifting, groomed, perfect eyebrows are very important to the look. Your eyebrows should be at their thinnest at the inner corners and at their thickest at the outer tips. Use an eyebrow pencil to fill in your eyebrows in case they are sparse. Comb them with an eyebrow comb before filling them in. If you want to set your eyebrows, you can use a gel to do so.
- One of the important tips to remember is that pin up girls tend to have a milky complexion and matte look, therefore, once you have finished applying the foundation and the concealer, you should use a powder to set it. Use a foundation that is the same shade as your skin tone or a shade lighter. Remember that you need to cover up any flaws that your skin has.

Start from the inner end of the upper eyelid, moving outwards and beyond the outer corner to give your eyes a cat like appearance. Allow the liner to be as thick as you would like it to be. In case you are uncomfortable with the idea of false lashes, you can apply lengthening and thickening mascara to your eyelashes.
