Meatball Sauce Recipe

- Meatball Drippings
- Light Cream, 1 cup
- All-purpose Flour, 2 tablespoons
- Gravy Master, 1 teaspoon
- Take the all-purpose flour in a skillet. Stir the flour into the meatball drippings.
- Add cream and gravy master to the flour and the drippings mixture.
- Heat the skillet and keep stirring till the gravy is thick in consistency.
- Now, you can add the meatballs to the gravy. Cover and cook for approximately 30 minutes over low heat. You will need to baste the meatball occasionally.
- Beef Bullion Cubes, 2
- Heavy Cream, 1 cup
- Cornstarch (if required), 1 tablespoon
- Gravy Master, 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper, as per taste
- Let the meatballs simmer in water in the crock pot.
- Add heavy cream, beef bullion, and gravy master to it. Stir well.
- After some time, add salt and pepper.
- Now, you can relax and let it simmer till you notice that the sauce has started to thicken. Make sure you do stir in between.
- If the sauce does not thicken as per your requirement, you can take some water from the crock pot and add cornstarch to it. Stir well and add it back to the crock pot mixture.
- You will notice that the sauce will begin to thicken but make sure you keep stirring it constantly.
- Tomato Ketchup, 1 cup
- Grape Jelly, 1 cup
- Mix the tomato ketchup and grape jelly in a pan till they blend completely.
- Heat the ketchup and jelly mixture till you have the perfect consistency.
- Dip the meat balls in the mixture and serve with toothpicks.
- Bottled Chili Sauce, 12 ounces
- Vinegar, 6 ounces
- Brown Sugar, ½ cup
- Grape Jelly, ½ cup
- Beer, ½ cup
- Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Dry Minced Onions, 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice, 2 to 3 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder, a pinch
- In a sauce pan, mix all the ingredients and bring it to a boil.
- While you are bringing it to a boil, make sure you are stirring it continuously.
- Once the sauce starts boiling, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, but make sure you stir it occasionally.
- If the mixture becomes very thick, you can add water to the sauce and adjust the consistency.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and your meatballs are ready to be savored.
- Pizza Sauce, 3 cans
- Apple Jelly, 1 jar
- Italian Seasoning, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Freshly Ground Pepper, 1 teaspoon
- In a large sauce pan, mix pizza sauce and apple jelly well.
- Then, add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the mixture.
- Bring it to boil over medium heat.
- Make sure you continuously keep stirring.
