- Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and add black olives along with green onion to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture on tortilla bread and top it with two slices of ham.
- Roll the tortillas and place them in the refrigerator to chill.
- After chilling, make 1-inch pieces of the tortillas and serve.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon, minced sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon, sweet pickle
- Mayonnaise
- Paprika, for garnish
- Hard boil the eggs. When they are boiled properly remove from the pan and hold them under cold running water. Let them cool down completely.
- After the eggs cool down completely, remove the yolks and keep the egg whites aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the sweet onion, pickle, mayonnaise, and egg yolks together.
- Using a spoon, stuff the mixture into the egg cavity and garnish with paprika to serve.
