Beat an egg with a fork in a small bowl and then add it to the hot milk mixture. Stir in the apples and raisins. Now, divide the mixture equally into the 6 custard cups. Once the apples are as soft as desired, put a dash of cinnamon into the pan. You should add only a dash or so of cinnamon to prevent the apples from burning. Toss the apples for about a minute. Now place the apples in a serving bowl and enjoy. Recipe 3 Ingredients
  • 4 large apples
  • 4 (18 x 12 inches) heavy-duty foil sheets, lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • Vanilla ice cream
Method of Preparation Preheat the oven to 450°F. Peel the apples and core them. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cranberries, and cinnamon. Coat these apples with this rub and then place them at the center of the foil sheet. Place 1 piece of butter on the apples and then double fold the sides and ends of the foil to form packets.
