- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Boiled chicken thighs - 6
- Chopped onions -1 tablespoon
- Chopped parsley - 3 tablespoons
- Cream of milk - 1 cup

- Mix the wheat flour with the chicken broth, cream, and butter to make the covering for the drumstick.
- Add parsley, chopped onions, and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
- Allow cooked pieces of thighs to cool down.
- Coat every drumstick in the batter (leaving the end of the bone out).
- Deep-fry immediately until the drumstick looks golden brown.
- After deep-frying, try to absorb the excess oil using a paper napkin and serve hot.
- Garnish with onion rings, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
