Bible Verses About Death

Bible verses console us in times of pain, that engulfs our spirit when someone very close, almost a part of our life, departs, leaving behind memories of love and bonding. In an attempt to seek peace, we can turn to the Almighty through His most sacred expression―The Bible.

They are still there. Somewhere, in the deepest corners of our heart. In our memories, alive and fresh, laughing, singing, and dancing with us. Their memories are as fresh as dew, as warm as the first streak of sunlight, and as calm as the numbness of a cold winter night. Wish if they were just sitting beside us, and we could hug them, and say, I love you dear. That's how we all feel after the departure of someone close to us, and wish if we could change the order of things. However, accepting the inevitable remains the only option for man, who is helpless when it comes to death. All we can do is to pray and surrender to the will of the Almighty. Bible quotes are a source of strength and guiding light for our lives. In times of despair and sorrow, we can turn towards it for peace, wisdom, endurance, and courage, to face the truth.

For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
