Next, blow dry hair straight with a blow dryer and paddle brush. Create an extreme side part, and brush back hair to the nape of your head. Secure hair into a low ponytail. Take a bit of shine serum in your hand, and rub it along the length of the ponytail. Now, twist the ponytail into a loop, and pin the end of the ponytail to the elastic band with bobby pins. Spritz the bun with a bit of hair spray to set it. This is one of the easiest patterns to create at home, and works best for shoulder length hair. First, wash and condition your hair with a volumizing shampoo and curl-enhancing conditioner. Now, blow dry your hair straight by using a blow dryer. Part your hair in the center, and clip a small 2-inch section of hair from the front, behind one ear. Use a jeweled barrette or hair clip to secure this section. Now, curl the rest of the hair in soft, loose curls using a curling iron. This is a great idea for thick hair, which has a bit of wave to it.
