You don't care about their looks, and all that matters is their heart. True love is not being with somebody due to their good financial status or their good looks.
Love is blind means, when you are in love, your emotions can cloud things in your brain to let you see things clearly as they are. The positive interpretation could be, a person is head over heels in love with somebody, that they are ready to overlook their each and every mistake. They can't see any problem or flaws in their lover, because they are blinded by their love for them. The negative interpretation could be, their partner is mistreating, cheating, and/or lying to them, but they are so in love with them that they are ready to forgive their partner.
