A Christian comedian is a person whose comedy is somehow Christ-related (in a good sense). They speak of Christ and his followers, to serve the motive of winning people's hearts for Christ with their humor.
Proverbs 15:15 from the Bible says,
"All the days of the afflicted are evil, but the cheerful of heart has a continual feast.". According to this, their sole aim is to make people laugh, and convey strong messages in a humorous way.
