Instant Tiramisu Ingredients
  • 24 pieces, ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup, sugar
  • 1/2 cup, Kahlúa (coffee-flavored liqueur)
  • 3/4 cup, cream cheese
  • 1 cup, part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon, unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
  • Take the ricotta, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Break the ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
  • Arrange the 24 halves in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with half the Kahlua, and leave them aside for 5 minutes.
  • Then, spread half of cheese mixture evenly over the biscuits.
  • Repeat the above procedure with the remaining half of ladyfingers, Kahlúa, and cheese mixture.
  • At the end, sprinkle with cocoa. Keep it in the refrigerator.
You may use less Kahlúa or you may use coffee instead of Kahlúa. The ladyfingers need to soak a lot longer. This is a lighter version of tiramisu, but it is still very satisfying and delicious.
