  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans Mexican style tomatoes
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 cans Ranch style beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package Ranch mix
Preparation First cook the ground beef and drain it. Then add all the remaining ingredients to it, and mix well. Allow this mixture to simmer for about 20 minutes until it turns thick. You can top this soup with tortilla chips, cheese, or sour cream. Taco Beef Soup Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1½ cups water
  • ¼ cup onion

  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese
  • Corn chips
Preparation In a saucepan, brown the onion and hamburger. Then add in the tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Pour water, and let the mixture simmer until it thickens.   • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can navy beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas or purple hull peas
  • 1 (1 oz.) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1¼ oz.) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups water

  • Picante sauce or Tabasco sauce

  • Crushed tortilla chips or Fritos corn chips
Preparation In a big colander, drain and rinse the black beans, pinto beans, navy beans, green beans, peas, and corn. Place these ingredients in a Crock Pot. Then add the remaining ingredients to it and mix them well. Simmer this mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour. You can add the condiments of your choice to the soup.
