According to some experts and insiders from the fashion industry, these models are not reincarnations of Jesus Christ, with no needs and temptations. The trick, perhaps lies in keeping tabs on how much and what and when to eat. Such a diet plan is all about low fat and low carb, cutting down on sugars, some dairy products, keeping caffeine at a minimum or nil if possible. In addition to this, as every other dietitian or a health care would suggest, having loads of water during the day is a very crucial aspect of losing weight. It is important as it helps flush out the toxins in our body and gets rid of cellulite from the body. Fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits which have minimum content of sugar are one of the pillars of such a diet plan. A typical day may consist of 3 hard-boiled egg whites for breakfast, small tin of tuna as a snack, for lunch there could be chicken breast, large green salad with fat-free dressing, veg soup as a snack again and salmon steak, steamed veg for dinner. Of course this is not the standard all over the world. This is just to give you a rough idea as to how these meals for models or aspiring models could be. There can be a variation in this. Apart from this, models also go for zone diet, grapefruit diet, Acai berry diet, and the like. However, all this notwithstanding, diet without a regular physical exercise regime can turn out to be a flop show. But having said that, this does not mean that an aspiring or established model has to pump up in a gym, unless you are targeting at working out on a particular area of your body. But you have to make sure that you do some rigorous physical activity at least 5 days a week. Working out in the gym can be a part of a diet and workout plan. Dance, aerobics, martial arts, sports like tennis, basketball and a few others can be indulged in to burn those calories.

There is no other option if you want to have perfect thighs and washboard abs! All this seems easy and attractive on paper, but trust me if it was, really that easy, most of us could have been giving a run for their money to the likes of these super models! Jokes apart, a diet plan for getting a body like a supermodel, thus need not exactly aim at starving yourself and being anorexic or something. Such a plan is all about eating right at the right time combined with a good amount of exercise. Once you are able to do that, there is nothing stopping you!
