Orange Carnage
What you'll need
  • Prosecco, 4 oz.
  • Vodka, 1 oz.
  • Orange juice, 1 oz.
  • Campari, ½ oz.
  • Simple syrup, ½ oz.
  • Crushed Ice
How you'll make it
  1. In a shaker, combine prosecco, vodka, Campari, orange juice and simple syrup.
  2. Mix well with the back of a spoon. Take a wide-mouthed glass, add the crushed ice and pour the cocktail.
  3. Insert a ghost stirrer just for fun and serve immediately.
Black Magic
What you'll need
  • Vodka, 3 oz.
  • Blackberry liqueur, ¼, oz.
  • Olive on a skewer (for garnish)
How you'll make it
  1. Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
  2. In a martini glass, place the olive with the skewer and pour the drink.
  3. Serve immediately.
Bloody Orange

  • Triple sec, ½, oz.

How you'll make it

How you'll make it

Ghost Cookies
What you'll need
  • Peanut butter cookie mix, 1 pack
  • Whipped fluffy white frosting, 1 ¼ cup
  • Melted chocolate, 5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil, 3 tbsp
  • All-Purpose flour, 2 tbsp
  • Water, 1 tsp
  • Egg, 1
How you'll make it
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. In a medium bowl add the cookie mix, flour, water and egg until a soft dough is formed.
  2. Sprinkle a little flour on a plain surface and roll the dough about ½ inch thick.
  3. Bake the cookies for about 11 to 12 minutes and let them cool at room temperature for about 25 minutes.
  4. Now warm the frosting in the oven for about 10 to 15 seconds on high. Decorate the cookies with frosting and use the dark melted chocolate to make the eyes and mouth.

What you'll need: For the cookies
  • All-purpose flour, 1 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Butter, ¼ cup (softened)
  • Sugar, ½ cup
  • Baking Soda, ½ tsp
  • Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp
  • Egg, 1
For the Icing
  • Confectioners' sugar, 2 cups
  • Milk, 4 tbsp
  • Butter, 1 ½ tbsp (softened)
  • Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Food Color, orange and black
How you'll make: The icing
  1. Just mix all the ingredients together until it is smooth and you achieve the desired consistency.
The cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (except the sugar) and keep aside.
  3. Now, make a cream using the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla to this mixture, and while beating, add the dry ingredients mix.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and flatten them using a spatula.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool down.
  8. Once the cookies have cooled down completely, you can spread the orange icing on the cookies and the base.
  9. Make eyes using the regular white icing.

What you'll need
  • Softened Butter, ½ cup
  • Almonds, ½ cup
  • Confectioners' sugar, ½ cup
  • All-purpose flour, 1 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp
  • Baking Powder, ½ tsp
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Red decorating gel, ½ tube
  • Wax Paper, 1 to 2 sheets
How you'll make them
  1. Blend together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the baking powder, flour, and salt to this mixture while continuously beating it.
  3. Once blended properly, refrigerate it for about 25 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 325° F and keep your baking sheets greased and ready.
  5. Once the dough is ready, scoop 1 tsp out at a time, and place it on the wax paper.
  6. Now, roll the dough into a finger-like shape, and make small mounds for knuckles in the middle and top of each.
  7. Place an almond at the top to look like a fingernail.
  8. Repeat this to make as many fingers as you can.
  9. Place them on the baking sheets and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
  10. Once the cookies cool down, remove the almond fingertips, squeeze out red decorating gel on the tips, and place the almond back to give it an appearance of blood oozing from the tips of the fingers.

What you'll need: For the Icing
  • Icing sugar, 2 cups
  • Salt free butter, 1/3 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup
  • Milk (kept at room temperature), ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence, ½ tsp
  • Pinch of salt
For the Brownies
  • All-purpose flour, 1 ¼ cups
  • Packed brown sugar, 1 ¼ cups
  • Salt free butter, ¾ cup
  • White sugar, 2/3 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup
  • Vegetable oil, ¼ cup
  • Unsweetened chocolate, 5 squares
  • Eggs, 5

How you'll make them: Icing
  1. In a bowl, mix icing sugar and cocoa powder. Keep it aside.
  2. In a big bowl add butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
  3. Now mix the cocoa powder mixture until smooth.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and use a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. After boiling, allow the melted chocolate to cool at room temperature.

What you'll need
  • Cheese slices, 15
  • Bread, 1 loaf (toasting is optional)
  • Ketchup
  • Black olives, 10
How you'll make it
  1. Toast the bread slices if you want to.
  2. Slather them with as much ketchup as you want.
  3. Now, cut the cheese slices into strips and place them on the bread.
  4. Cut each black olive into halves and place them at the top of the slice to resemble eyes.
  5. Your mummy bread is ready!
Monster Eyes
What you'll need
  • Ground beef, 2 cups
  • Breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup
  • Mozzarella balls, 14

  • Spaghetti, 1 pack
  • Egg, 1
  • Mustard, 1 tsp
  • Ketchup, 1 tsp
  • Salt, ¼ tsp
How you'll make
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  3. Mix the ground beef, egg, mustard, mayo, salt and ketchup.
  4. Cut the olives into halves and place on each cheese ball.
  5. Make meatballs, and press your thumb in the center to place the 'eye' (olive).
  6. Place them on a baking sheet and in the oven for about 20-25 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
  7. Place the eyes on a plate of spaghetti and serve.
Dessert
I-Scream
What you'll need
  • Vanilla ice cream, 1 tub
  • Raspberry Syrup, as much as you want
  • Chocolate Alphabets, 1 pack
How you'll make them
  1. Scoop out the ice cream into dessert bowls.
  2. Coat it with as much raspberry syrup as you want to make it look like blood.
  3. Arrange the letters to spell out different scary words like 'boo', 'evil', poison', etc. on the scoops of ice cream.
Meringue Cookies
What you'll need
  • White sugar, 2/3 cup
  • Egg whites, 3
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp
  • Cream of tartar, ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla essence, ½ tsp
How you'll make them
  1. Preheat the oven to 200° F and line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg whites, tartar cream, sugar, and salt till the mixture becomes fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla essence.
  3. Now place this mixture in a plain piping tip and make finger-sized bone shapes on the parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the oven for an hour and allow it dry for an hour.
  5. Store these bones in airtight containers to avoid moisture seeping in.
Cake Pops
Frankie Pops
What you'll need
  • Lollipop sticks, 8
  • Cake, 1
  • Frosting
  • Green Candy Melts
  • Wax paper, 1 sheet
  • Decorating tube with thin writing tip
How you'll make
  1. Once your cake has cooled down, crumble it and instead of forming pops directly, make a log out of it.
  2. Refrigerate this until it becomes sufficiently firm, then remove it and cut it into bite-size 'heads'.
  3. While the cake is getting hardened, melt the Candy Melts according to the instructions on the pack.
  4. Once the pops are ready, insert the lollipop sticks into one side of the head.
  5. Take each 'head' and dip it into the melted green candy.
  6. Place them on the wax paper to let the candy coating harden.
  7. After the coating has hardened, use the decorating tube to make eyes and hair for your little Frankies and you're good to go.
Spider Pops
What you'll need
  • Chocolate sprinkles, 1 ¼ cup
  • Black licorice pinwheels, 3
  • Candy eyes, 16 (keep a few spare, just in case)
  • Cake, 1
  • Chocolate to melt/Black Candy Melts by Wilton, 1 ½ cup
  • Lollipop sticks, 8
  • Wax paper, 1 sheet
  • Toothpicks, 2-3
How you'll make them
  1. First, bake your cake, let it cool down, crumble it and roll it into bite-size balls.
  2. Place these cake balls in the freezer for about 15 minutes so that they can harden.
  3. As they cool, you can melt the Candy Melts/chocolate as per the instructions on the packet.
  4. Once your cake is out, dip your lollipop sticks about 1/4th into the melted chocolate.
  5. Now, insert the dipped sides into your cake pops.
  6. Let them go deep enough to bear the weight of the cake, but also be easy to hold.
  7. Now, dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate until they are completely covered from all sides.
  8. When you remove them, tap to drop the excess chocolate.
  9. Place these pops on the wax paper to let the chocolate coating harden.
  10. Just before they have completely hardened, place 2 candy eyes each on the pops.
  11. Dust the chocolate sprinkles all over the pops.
  12. Now, cut the licorice pinwheels to form appropriately sized legs for the spiders. Using toothpicks, poke holes on either side of the 'spiders' deep enough to hold the licorice.
  13. Now, insert the licorice into the pops, and simply curve to make them look like legs.
  14. Place your spider pops on a tray and you're good to go.
Bat Pops
What you'll need
  • Cake, 1
  • Melted Chocolate, 1½ oz.
  • Wax paper, 1 sheet
  • Chocolate wafers, 8
  • Lollipop Sticks, 8
  • Candy Eyes, 16
How you'll make them
  1. Follow the same steps that you would for the spider cake pops until you place the candy eyes on the cake pops.
  2. Now, break each chocolate wafer into halves and gently insert them into either side of the cake pops.
  3. Your bat cake pops are ready!
Witch Pops
What you'll need
  • Cake, 1
  • Frosting
  • Green Candy Melts
  • Wax paper, 1 sheet
  • Lollipop sticks, 8
  • Decorating tube with thin writing tip
  • Candy hats - 8
  • Orange frosting
How you'll make it
  1. Make your usual round cake pops.
  2. By the time the pops are hardened, melt the green Candy Melts according to instructions on the pack.
  3. Dip the cake pops in the green melted candy and let the coating harden.
  4. Now, use the orange frosting to make hair strands for the witch's head.
  5. Place the candy hats on the hair and press gently.
  6. Use black frosting to make the eyes, and your witch cake pops are ready.
