  • Medium size potatoes - 4
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt-free herb seasoning blend - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter (melted) - 3 tablespoons
  • Grated Cheddar cheese - 6 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese - 1½ tablespoons
Procedure Take the potatoes and slice them in the shape of a cross. Do not cut the potatoes entirely. Leave ¼ inch length to keep the slices connected. Now, preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit and place the sliced potatoes in a greased baking pan. Slightly open the slices so that they do not stick with each other. Sprinkle seasoning blend and butter over the potatoes, and bake them in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Then sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the baked potatoes, and bake them again for 10 more minutes. Crispy potatoes are ready to serve! Cheesy Baked Potatoes Ingredients
  • Large russet potatoes - 2
  • Egg (beaten) - 1
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese (divided) - ¾ cup
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Dash of pepper
  • Sliced green onion - 2 tablespoons
  • Bacon strips (cooked and crumbled) - 2
Procedure For this, preheat the oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit. Then bake the potatoes in the oven for about an hour. Cool the baked potatoes and then slice of the tops of each potato. Scoop out the pulp of each baked potato with help of a small spoon. While removing the pulp, leave a thin shell in the baked potatoes. Now, take a small bowl and combine, pulp, egg, milk, mayonnaise, half cup of shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Mash the ingredients together, and then scoop this mixture into the potato shells. Top the stuffed potato shells with bacon, remaining shredded cheese and onion rings. Place these stuffed potatoes in a baking pan, and again bake the potatoes for half an hour at 375 degree Fahrenheit. Baked Potato Wedges Ingredients

  • Olive or canola oil (divided) - 1/3 cup
  • Garlic cloves - 16 unpeeled
  • Minced fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • White wine vinegar - 1/3 cup
  • Dijon mustard - 4 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 3 teaspoons
  • Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Chopped green onions - 1/3 cup
Procedure Take a large mixing bowl and combine one tablespoon of oil, rosemary, salt, potatoes and minced garlic cloves. Use a cooking spray to coat a baking pan, and transfer the potato mixture to the baking pan. Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 450 degree Fahrenheit for about half an hour. Stir the mixture after 10 minutes. Meanwhile take a small bowl and combine mustard, sugar, pepper, remaining oil and vinegar. Pour this mixture over baked potatoes and toss to coat them properly.
