It is nice and pleasant to be around people who see the full part of the glass, isn't it? Fortunately, for those who don't naturally see it, optimism is an attitude that can be learned and practiced. First of all, avoid negative environment. Celebrate your strengths. To reach your highest potential, focus on what you do best, and don't try to do everything yourself. Learn to delegate responsibility in particular cases. You have to keep your motivation fresh, keep the inner fire burning by feeding your mind with encouraging and motivating books. The Bible is on of the best books, so don't underestimate the power of a word from God. Manage what you cannot change, focusing on the silver lining of the dark cloud, instead on the heaviness of the situation, and see the good in the circumstances that is you encounter. Adapt your language and outlook. Learn to reword. Every successful person has a source outside him/herself, a source of power to go on. When God is your source, your resources become incommensurable. Cultivate spontaneity, get out of the box at times (in the good sense) and experience the benefits of a heartfelt compliment or a generous smile.
