Even though the genres like comedy, thriller, romantic, and action can bring a large crowd to the theaters and make considerable amount of money at the box office, there are a huge number of people that can't live without horror movies. Me being one of them, I can't help but get pulled into watching the latest movies that have released. Now the fact that I keep one hand close to my eyes and am ready to shut them as soon as I can't handle it, is another story. It's just the way I am and as human as I can make this, yes, I do get scared while watching scary movies; but I simply can't help but watch them again and again. It's the thrill; sink-inside-your-seat entertainment that I can't resist. And I'm sure many of you will agree with me. Having said that, 2012 is well in its way and we've got some interesting, scary movies headed our way. Which is why, we thought of preparing a list of some of the most anticipated horror movies of 2012. So let's not waste any more time and get right to them.

Some of these movies don't just fall in the horror movies list because they are also part suspense, thriller, fantasy, and mystery genre (sometimes all combined into one). And if there are any other
movies that we should watch, (that we may have missed), then please do leave us a comment below. Wouldn't want the list to be incomplete.
These movies will release in theaters near you. Now I really cannot comment on how these movies will be received by the audience; as in you. What I can say is that I hope the movies at least deliver what's expected from it. And if you are uncertain about some movies, read their reviews before heading towards the theater.
