Recipe 1 Ingredients
  • Water, ½ cup
  • Whipping cream, ¼ cup
  • Fresh basil, 2 teaspoons
  • Ground beef, ¼ cup
  • Ground pork, ¼ cup
  • Onion, 2 tablespoons
  • Holland rusk crumbs, ¼ cup
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Butter, as required
  • Cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon
Procedure Take the whipping cream and mix it with the water in a bowl. Now, add the Holland rusk crumbs to this mixture. Keep on mixing until you see that the entire crumbs have moistened. Take another bowl, and combine the fresh basil, pepper, salt, grounded beef and pork, and onion in it. Add the previously prepared crumbs mixture to this mix. Start making balls of about an inch in size out of this mixture. When the balls are prepared, melt some butter in a frypan. Place the meatballs in this pan and sauté them until they turn brown from all sides. Keep on shaking the pan occasionally so that the meatballs do not burn and remain round. Recipe 2 Ingredients
  • Cranberry sauce, 16 ounces
  • Chilly sauce, 12 ounces
  • Lemon juice, 2 teaspoons
  • Brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Frozen mini meatballs, 40
Procedure Defrost the pre-cooked frozen meatballs by placing them in water at room temperature. After three hours, take a saucepan and mix the chilly sauce and cranberry sauce in it. Heat the sauces for about a minute and then add the lemon juice and brown sugar to the pan. Mix until the ingredients blend together completely. Now take a baking dish and place the defrosted meat balls in it. Add the previously prepared cranberry mixture to the meatballs. Set the oven at about 350 °F and cook the meatballs in the microwave for about 35 minutes. Remove them after the allotted time and serve them on toothpicks or in plates using small forks.   • Frozen pre-cooked meatballs, 40
  • Raspberry jelly, 1 cup
  • Pineapple, 1
  • Pineapple juice, ½ cup
  • Cocktail sauce, 2 cups
  • Bell pepper, 1 (chopped)
Procedure Defrost the meatballs by placing them in water for about 3 hours. When they are thawed, put them in a Crock Pot. Add the raspberry jelly and bell pepper to it. Chop the pineapple into small pieces and put it in the Crock Pot too. To make the sauce, combine the cocktail sauce with the pineapple juice. Stir the liquids thoroughly to get an even sauce. Now add this sauce to the Crock Pot. Secure the lid and let the mixture cook for about 2 hours. Crock Pot recipes need time as it is a slow pressure cooking method but they taste delicious, so the effort and time spend on cooking them is worth it. Cook until the meatballs turn light brown. Keep on stirring from time to time. Serve hot.
