How to Make Shrimp Scampi
Preparing shrimp scampi is very easy if you have the ingredients ready with you. This article provides some easy and tasty recipes that you can try at home.
- Shrimp, 1.5 pounds
- Garlic (minced), 4 teaspoons
- Green onions (sliced), 6
- Butter (clarified), ½ cup
- White Wine, ¼ cup
- Lemon juice, 2 teaspoons
- Parsley (chopped), 2
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Pepper, 1 teaspoon
- Wash and rinse the shrimp with water and leave it aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the garlic in it till it softens.
- Now, add the shrimp and onions to the frying pan. Pour the lemon juice and wine in it and cook it together.
- Cover the pan to allow the shrimp to season. Let it soften, after which it will turn pink.
- Stir the mixture and add the salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to it.
- Garnish it with extra butter and lemon slices.

- All-purpose flour, ½ cup
- Olive oil, ½ cup
- Parsley (minced), ½ cup
- Oregano (crushed), ½ teaspoon
