- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup Epsom salt
- ¼ cup baking soda
- ¼ cup vegetable glycerin
- In a bowl, mix baking soda and Epsom salt with glycerin properly.
- Add powdered milk and cocoa powder next.
- Take an airtight glass jar, fill it with the bath mixture, and close the lid.
- To prepare the bath, add a cup of honey onto ¼ cup of bath in a bowl.
- Fill the bathtub with warm water and dissolve the bath mixture in it.
- Make sure that the honey dissolves properly in the tub before you get in.
- Soak yourself in the chocolaty bath till the water turns cool.
- Shower under cold water to rinse thoroughly, dry yourself, and apply a moisturizing lotion.
- 2 drops rose essential oil
- 1 drop ylang-ylang oil
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup powdered milk
