However, if you really want to fight depression, talk about what's troubling you to your partner, friends, family or spouse. Getting another person's perspective on the same issue, can help you see the problem from a different point of view. Take a break from whatever it is that you are currently engaged in. A break will give you a chance to see new things, which is always a refreshing change. Depression is just a state of mind, and a way of viewing things.
