- Shredded Chicken - 5 ounces
- Powdered Soup - 2 cans
- Water - 2 cups
- Bread Stuffing Mix - 1 packet
- Burger Buns - 6
- The first thing you need to do for this recipe is put the shredded chicken into a pot of water and place it on the stove to cook.
- Then, add the soup and stir it in.
- After some time, add the bread stuffing mix and continue to stir it.
- Keep the stove on simmer mode till the soup begins to boil.
- After the water is almost fully evaporated, turn the stove off.
- Split the burger buns and add the chicken as stuffing. Dust it with a seasoning of your choice and enjoy!
- Shredded Chicken (cooked) - 2 cups
- Chicken Broth - ⅓ cup
- Soy Sauce and White Wine - 1 tbsp each
- Sugar and Cornstarch - 1 tsp each
- Red Pepper (dried and crushed) and Sesame Oil - ¼ tsp each
- Minced Garlic - 1 clove
- Diced or Crushed Cashews - 4 or 5
- Coriander or Cilantro - for garnish
- All you have to do for this recipe is take a bowl and mix all the ingredients together, except the chicken and the cashews.
- After mixing them, add the chicken and place on the stove on simmer.
- In the meantime, you can stir fry the cashews or dry roast them.
- After the cashews are done, add them to the chicken, stir and garnish with some coriander and serve with bread.
- Cooked Shredded Chicken - 2 cups per head
- Ginger and Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Oil - 1 cup
- Tomatoes and Onions (grated) - 2 each
- Chilly Powder, Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder - 1 spoon each
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander or Cilantro - for garnish
- In a vessel, heat the oil on simmer and add the ginger garlic paste to it.
- When it begins to turn brownish, add the grated onions.
- Once that turns brownish, add the grated tomatoes, and all the other powders mentioned above.
- Let them heat for a while and when it begins to boil and the raw aroma of the powders is gone, add the chicken and let it come to a boil.
- Add some water so as to form a gravy of the chicken.
- Let the gravy come to a boil and garnish it with coriander.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
- Shredded Chicken (cooked) - 3 cups
- Barbecue Sauce - as required
- Sandwich Rolls - as per number of people
- Honey - ¼ cup
- Take a saucepan and add the barbecue sauce and honey in it.
- Mix them thoroughly and heat on simmer mode till they reach a boil.
- Add the chicken and continue to stir and heat for some more time on very low flame.
- Side by side, toast the sandwich rolls.
- When both are ready, fill the rolls with the chicken and enjoy them!
