Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
Macaroni: 2 cups
Tuna: 1 can
Garlic: ½ tsp
Onion: (chopped) 1

Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup: 1 can
Cream cheese: 1 small pack
Dry mustard: ½ tsp
Grape nuts: ¼ cup

  1. Cook the macaroni as per the instructions on the package and keep it aside.
  2. In a casserole dish, add cream of celery, softened cream cheese and milk, and mix well until smooth.
  3. Next, add the tuna, garlic, dry mustard, onion and cooked macaroni, and stir well.
  4. Add grape nuts to the melted margarine and spread this mixture over the top of the casserole.

Ingredients
Pork baby back ribs: 4 pounds
Brown sugar: ½ cup
Ketchup: 2 cups
Vinegar: 4 tbsp
Chili sauce: 1 cup
Hot sauce: 1 dash
Dried oregano: 2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce: 2 tsp
Salt and pepper: to taste Method
  1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, and put them in a shallow baking pan. Brown the ribs in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 400°F.

All-purpose flour: 3 cups
Unsalted butter, softened: 10 tbsp
Grated lemon peel: 1 tsp
Baking soda: ½ tsp
Blueberries: 1½ cups
Plain yogurt: 1½ cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Large eggs: 2
Baking powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Flour (if using defrosted frozen berries): 1 tbsp Method
  1. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and keep it aside.

  4. Now fold in the berries. If you are using frost berries, defrost them, remove the excess liquid and coat them in a light dusting of flour.
  5. Take a standard (12-muffin) muffin pan and coat each cup with oil or butter, using a pastry brush.
  6. Transfer the muffin dough evenly into each cup and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F, for 25 - 30 minutes.
  7. Insert a long toothpick into the center of the muffins to check whether they are baked or not, and if the toothpick comes out clean, it means the muffins are ready.
  8. Remove the muffins from the cups and serve warm.
