  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Preparation
  • In a large bowl, mix 1 and 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Take another bowl; beat the bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter together.
  • Combine both the banana and flour mixtures. Spoon the batter in slightly greased muffin cups.
  • Mix the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour,1 tablespoon butter and cinnamon in a bowl, until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Golean Crunch Cereal

  • In the greased muffin cups, pour the mixture and evenly distribute it.

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 6 oz. (1 pkg.) Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
Preparation
  • Cream the butter and sugar with a mixer.
