- For wireless keyboard/mouse, ensure that the range is proper by using the device a few feet away from the computer.

- On the mouse, check the scroll button and the right and left click. For Magic Mouse, check the 360 degree scroll, one-finger screen zoom, and two-finger swipe gestures.
